A Day of Reckoning
By

On September 11th, we remember our dead and the
day that changed the nation. And now we must add
September 10th—the day when 31-year-old
conservative star Charlie Kirk, who spearheaded a
successful movement to lead college students from
Marxism to MAGA, was assassinated—as another day
that sadly changed the nation.
As I write today, September 12th,
a mere two days after the murder, the suspect has
been caught. We know he’s a 22-year-old named Tyler
Robinson, and soon we’ll see his social media
messages proving he planned to shoot Charlie Kirk
and why.
But like the scenario in
Butler, Pennsylvania—where, but for divine
intervention, Trump would have been assassinated—the
man who pulled the trigger acted as the agent,
knowingly or not, for the powerful and sinister
forces sweeping across our nation.
Charlie Kirk was taken out by
the Left because he was a wholesome role model who
spearheaded a very successful movement of the young
toward a sane, moral, traditional values-centered
life.
After all, the Progressive
Left—that’s you, Dems—has worked so long and hard to
mislead, confuse, corrupt and pervert our young,
they couldn’t abide a likeable, approachable,
inspirational young man who’d escaped their
clutches, to continue to rescue students they’d long
ago seduced into hating themselves, their own
country and those who love it—especially as he'd
helped deliver the election to Donald Trump.

Virtually single-handedly, he changed the debate on many
campuses, by demonstrating the flaws in leftist
thinking and the salutary effects of traditional
values. As
Gary Bauer, president of American Values,
puts it: “Charlie Kirk was killed because he went
into the cesspools of academia to combat the Left’s
indoctrination. He was killed because he encouraged
young men and women to get married and have
children.”
Julia
Pierce, longtime member of TPUSA, had this to
say about Charlie: "It used to be that for young
people it was cool to be a Democrat. But he made it
cool to be a Trump supporter and to wear the Maga
hat and live your life with traditional family
values."
It's no secret that the Left
owns public education in America. But even parents
who homeschool their children run the risk of losing
them to Marxist indoctrination in college. The gift
that Charlie Kirk gave to these parents, and to all
those who yearn for a return to Judeo-Christian
morality,
was his ability to draw them back to our
traditional values.
OUR HOMEGROWN LEFTISTS MAKE
THEIR ALLEGIANCE KNOWN

Shortly after Charlie Kirk was shot, House Speaker Mike
Johnson said a few words to the
press: “We ask everyone to pray for him and his
family. Political violence has become all too common
in American society, and this is not who we are.”
We’ll return to consider the Speaker’s logic, but
first let’s revisit the session of Congress just
after the shooting and before we knew Charlie Kirk
had died.
While everyone respectfully
observed the minute of silent prayer for Charlie
Kirk, no sooner had Congresswoman Lauren Boebert
requested a spoken prayer than Democrats
erupting into shouting. The videos I watched on
September 11th have been scrubbed. In the
unedited version, after striking the gavel multiple
times, habitually soft-spoken Mr. Johnson raised his
voice to an angry, forceful reprimand to be heard
above the din, reminiscent of a parent who’s lost
patience with an unruly child: “The House will come
to order!!” In the sanitized videos, you can hear
the yelling escalate just before the sound is
abruptly cut.
I wonder if Mr. Johnson’s
idealistic assumption that “we” are all
fundamentally on the same page held up though the
chaos and commotion from the Dems in the House once
they began carrying on like a coven of vampires
who’d just been confronted with a silver Crucifix.
After all, the assumption was that Charlie Kirk was
still alive, so the prayer would have been for the
life of the 31-year-old husband and father to be
spared.
What does this say about the
Dems? Keeping in mind that the principal symptom of
psychopathy is the lack of human empathy, their
public booing, hissing and shouting over the simple
request for a prayer for Charlie Kirk in extremis
raises serious questions about today’s Democrat
Party as a credible, sane contributor to our body
politic.
But let’s return to Mike
Johnson’s prior comment:
“This is not who we are.”
What about the assassinations
of JFK, MLK, and RFK, and the attempted
assassination of Presidents Reagan and Trump, and
many other assaults on those on the right? Were
those also instances of “that’s not who we are”?
Funny, if the same thing keeps occurring, doesn’t it
seem more like it is who we are rather than
proof of the opposite?
And what about the beautiful
Ukrainian immigrant girl Iryna Zarutska who was
brutally murdered while sitting quietly in a
light-rail car when a deranged black man sitting
behind her pulled out a knife and stabbed her in the
neck, exclaiming “I got that white girl!” as she
silently bled to death. Is that another instance of
“that’s not who we are”?
The problem with Speaker
Johnson’s Pollyanna-like assumption is that “we” are
no longer a nation of patriotic American citizens
united under the Constitution who discuss
disagreements civilly and harbor “charity toward all
and malice towards none.” Half of this country
harbors malice galore towards the other half—though
the proportions are more likely one-third vs.
two-thirds. Apparently, Johnson hasn’t noticed there
is no longer a “we” in America that describes us
all. There’s the MAGA patriots and there’s the Left,
and there’s an unbridgeable chasm between them.
So the “we” that Mr. Johnson
says is “not who we are,” is the Conservative right.
And he’s correct that “We the Conservatives” espouse
civility and the rule of law and eschew violence. It
is, however, exactly who “They the
Progressive/Marxist/Dems/Leftist/globalists” are.
THE TIPPING POINT
Let’s be honest: even before
anyone was apprehended, we knew who was responsible
for the sniper hit on Charlie Kirk and it won’t be
the patsy they’ll eventually offer up as a
scapegoat, though we’re predictably already seeing
more clues as to “motive” in social media and
another innocent-looking kid has just been arrested.
Even if Tyler Robinson pulled the trigger, you can
bet it was Leftists who somehow arranged and/or
facilitated and at the very least strongly
encouraged Kirk’s assassination enough to entice a
gullible gamer to perform a heinous act he was
likely convinced was heroic.
And once again, reminiscent of
the scene at Butler, PA, anomalies abound, including
the timing of the transgender question that directly
preceded the shot, the apparent signaling of the two
men standing behind Charlie, and the quick discovery
that the bullets were engraved with transgender and
Antifa messages. As Poirot might say, there are too
many clues.
Yet regrettably, Mike Johnson,
like so many well-intentioned people, misses the
essential point. But
Wayne Allyn Root gets it:
There is no longer any
debate. The left inside our country is evil. Did you
see the Democrats on the House floor booing and
screaming “NO” to the idea of a public prayer for
Charlie Kirk? Did you watch the hosts and guests on
MSNBC blame Charlie for his own assassination? Did
you see leftists by the thousands celebrating his
assassination on social media? All over America the
left is happy a conservative firebrand was murdered.
These people are evil. Satan is in charge. They are working for the devil.
The right does not act
against the left in a violent way but the left is
vicious. They’re Bolsheviks. They’re terrorists in
many ways and we to take that into account…The fact
is we are at war right now. The left wants us dead.
They want to take this country down to ground
zero... They want to kill our body politic. They
want to kill our Judeo-Christian ethics. They want
us to go into a state that totally separates us from
the Father and the Son. And we cannot allow that to
happen.
The Left just brazenly took out
a Conservative hero in broad daylight at a would-be
wholesome student gathering. Their message to the
rest of us: You’re not safe anywhere now. Our
gloves are off. As both Klayman and Root
suggest: this is the real “Turning Point.”
And
Roger Stone
gets it:
Now, we are locked into a
war for our very civilization, one that we cannot
turn and hide away from. Charlie Kirk was not an
extremist. He was always polite. He was never overly
abrasive or offensive. He did not wish to impose his
beliefs onto others through coercion. Kirk believed
earnestly and perhaps naively that conservatives
would win the debate, but the Left has set the terms
of the battlefield and the free exchange of ideas is
no part of it. The modern Left dwarfs any Islamic
terrorist, Latin American drug cartel or Chinese
interloper as an existential threat to the tattered
remains of the American nation.
These astute political analysts
agree on at least two things: Charlie Kirk’s
assassination represents a sea-change in America;
and the Left has outed itself beyond return as the
murderous, malevolent entity it has always been.
Writer and researcher par excellence, Kelleigh
Nelson, documented the Left’s history in America in
a recent NewsWithViews article entitled:
Contaminating Our Country Since Its Founding
which is well worth reading.
Charlie Kirk’s horrific murder
is our tipping point, our Lexington and Concord.
After many decades of cultural, political, and
economic unrestricted warfare against our nation as
it marched through our institutions, with a single
bullet the Left has openly declared violent war on
the rest of America. We might say they did this in
Butler, Pennsylvania as well, but Divine
Intervention stopped the unthinkable from happening
and preserved Trump’s life. Charlie Kirk was not as
fortunate.

But nobody called out the Left like
Stephen Miller:
When the Left calls people
enemies of the Republic, says they’re fascists, says
they’re Nazis, says they’re evil, says they have to
be removed, and then prints their addresses, what do
you think they’re trying to do? They are trying to
inspire someone to murder them. That is their
objective. That is their intent. And when you see
online… as we’ve seen for the last few days, tape
after tape after tape of Federal workers,
bureaucrats, staffers in the Pentagon, educators,
professors, healthcare workers, nurses, celebrating
the assassination of Charlie Kirk? These are
radicalized people! There’s a domestic terrorism
movement in this country.
Then he shared Charlie Kirk’s
last message to him: “We have to dismantle and take
on the radical left organizations in this country
that are fomenting violence.”
Miller continued: And we are
going to do that under President Trump’s leadership.
…I don’t care how. It’s going to be a RICO charge, a
conspiracy charge,
conspiracy against the United States,
insurrection—but we are going to do what it takes to
dismantle the organizations and the entities that
are fomenting riots, that are doxing, that are
trying to inspire terrorism, that are committing
acts of wanton violence. It has to stop! And my
message is, to all of the domestic terrorists in
this country spreading this evil hate, you want us
to live in fear? We will not live in fear. But you
will live in exile.
True to form, the Left has been
falsely accusing the Right of domestic terrorism
when it’s been the Left all along inciting it. These
radicalized people, many of whom were indoctrinated
in Leftist ideology in schools and colleges, are not
just spewing hatred at well-known political
conservatives, they’re spitting on America and on
Western Civilization itself, which means they’re
rebelling against the Judeo-Christian tradition.
When asked what went wrong in Russia, Solzhenitsyn
replied, “We forgot God.” Hate-filled American
Progressives have taken that a step further: they’re
in full scale rebellion against Him.
THE SINISTER LEFT
It's interesting to consider
the etymology of the words “right” and “left.” While
these words are used directionally and to
distinguish our right side from our left, etc., they
seem to have been born with another layer of
meaning. Nothing against southpaws, but the norm is
certainly righthandedness.
In Italian, “right” is
translated as “destra” akin to our word “dexterous”;
in French as “droite” which also has the meaning of
rights under the law and “in the right” meaning
“correct” as in English. Our own version comes from
the Old English “riht” meaning straight--not bent,
upright, morally correct, and just, from Latin
“rectus” meaning “straight, right.”
“Left” is the opposite.
In English it comes from “lyft”
meaning weak, foolish or worthless. In French it
translates to “gauche” which also means awkward,
awry. In Italian it’s “sinistra” from the Latin
“sinister” meaning on the left side. It’s almost as
if morality has been encoded in our biology as well
as in our language.
Interesting that we also use
the word “right” to mean our rights as in
birthright, the Bill of Rights, the right to vote,
etc. Not to forget “right” vs. “wrong,” or someone’s
“righthand man,” or that the Bible proclaims that
Jesus sits at the right hand of God.
All this apparently stems from
the fact that most people are right-handed and can
do things poorly with their left hands if at all,
though it’s something of a mystery how the word
“right” also came to mean morally correct and, as
expressed so eloquently by Thomas Jefferson in the
Declaration of Independence, the inherent rights
bestowed on us by our Creator.
Thus it is
ultimately against the Almighty Himself that the
Left builds its barricades, contrives its ambushes,
and hurls its explosives. And it is the Left that is
at war with We the Patriots who love our country and
will never stop fighting to reclaim the America we
hold dear.
Tragically, we just lost a rare
and gallant warrior for God and country who fought
the hardest war to win: the culture war.
Rest in peace, Charlie. We will
not soon see your equal.
